Website enquiries

When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, site details, optional forestry reference and message are sent through Resend to the Green Horizons Forestry mailbox at Register365. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and send an automatic acknowledgement to the email address you provide. The website does not keep a separate copy of your message in its database. Resend and our mailbox provider process the email to deliver and store it.

Spam protection

The website keeps submission identifiers, keyed hashes and timestamps to limit repeated requests and avoid duplicate emails. These records do not contain your message or email address. Records older than two days are removed when the form next processes a submission.

Information you send by email

Only include information relevant to your enquiry. Avoid sending sensitive personal information or confidential third-party records in an initial message. For questions about information you have sent, contact info@greenhorizonsforestry.ie.

Website hosting

This website is hosted through OpenAI Sites. The host may process technical request information or use access-related cookies to operate and protect the service. The website itself does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Your email provider processes emails under its own policies.
